1. Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to Job Manager, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This subscription is a recurring monthly/periodic billing arrangement.

2. Billing and Payment

  • Billing occurs on the date your subscription begins and continues at the selected billing period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually)
  • Payment is processed automatically via PayFast payment gateway
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on each billing date
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

3. Recurring Debit Orders

You authorize Job Manager to set up a recurring debit order for automatic payments at your chosen billing interval. Debit orders are processed on the same day each billing cycle.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.

5. Changes to Subscription

You may change your subscription plan or billing period at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing date.

6. Service Level

We provide Job Manager on an 'as-is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Job Manager.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
